Junkosha Microwave/mmWave Coaxial Cable Assembly

Special Feature: TVAC-Compatible Products

Junkosha Microwave/mmWave Coaxial Cable Assembly for Space Equipment with Thermal Vacuum Chamber (TVAC) Compatibility offer excellent phase stability in response to temperature variations and meet the low outgassing requirements (TML below 1.0%, CVCM below 0.10%, ASTM-595 compliant) demanded in vacuum environments.
*TVAC-compatible products are enhanced for heat resistance and low outgassing by modifying cable jackets and heat shrink tubes to fluoropolymer materials.

Features

- Minimal outgassing in thermal vacuum test environments, preventing environmental contamination.
- Excellent phase stability in the face of temperature fluctuations (phase-stable type).
- Customizable connector options, including those with vent holes.

Use

- Measurements within a Thermal Vacuum Chamber (TVAC)
- Utilization in the space environment
- Precision measurement purposes

Outgassing Data (Reference)

TML (Total Mass Loss): Test to measure the total mass loss released when materials or products are heated in a vacuum.
CVCM (Collected Volatile Condensable Materials): A numerical representation indicating the proportion of condensable volatile substances released from materials when heated in a vacuum.
